As a Professional Engineer with over 13 years of experience delivering water and wastewater infrastructure across Ontario, my career has been devoted to protecting the public interest through engineering solutions that are safe, reliable, and sustainable. In my role as Vice President at Environmental Infrastructure Solutions Inc., I lead a multidisciplinary team through design and construction, ensuring projects are delivered with quality, accountability, and collaboration.
My career reflects my ability to balance technical excellence with strategic leadership, while navigating diverse stakeholder perspectives to achieve consensus and deliver results.
Beyond my professional practice, I have been deeply engaged with PEO for more than a decade. Since 2013, I have volunteered with the Toronto Humber Chapter, serving as Chair, Vice Chair, and supporting key initiatives such as the Government Liaison Program and the License Assistance Program. I have also moderated numerous election debates amongst previous election candidates to foster dialogue and transparency during the election process. These experiences have given me a strong appreciation for the importance of member engagement, governance clarity, and the role of PEO in strengthening public trust in our profession.
I believe strongly in developing the next generation of engineers and have actively contributed through mentorship programs and seminars to ensure emerging professionals are well equipped for success. By investing in future talent, we help secure a profession in Ontario that remains resilient, innovative, and respected. I believe PEO must continue to evolve to meet the profession’s changing needs while upholding its core mandate of protecting the public. My vision is a regulator that operates with transparency, works collaboratively, and stays closely connected to its members and stakeholders.
Drawing on my experience in infrastructure delivery, my leadership in complex stakeholder negotiations, and my long-standing volunteer service, I aim to strengthen regulatory modernization, enhance member engagement, and reinforce public trust. PEO needs leaders who can bridge policy and practice, leaders who bring clarity, collaboration, and integrity to every decision.
I believe strong leadership starts with listening. If you’d like to share your thoughts, ask a question, or discuss the future of our profession, I welcome your perspective.
